Recipe: Banana Berry Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup / Almond Milk (or any preferred milk)

1 / Ripe Banana

1 TBSP / Sea Moss Gel

1 TBSP honey (or agave syrup)

1/2 cup / frozen berries (e.g., blueberries, strawberries)

1 TBSP / chia seeds (optional)

Ice cubes (optional)

 

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.
