1 cup / Sea Moss Gel

4 cups / Vegetable Broth

1 / onion, chopped

2 / carrots, chopped

2 / celery stalks, chopped

2 / cloves garlic, minced

Salt and Pepper to taste

In a large pot, sauté the onion, carrots, and celery until softened.

Add garlic and cook for another minute.

Pour in the vegetable broth and sea moss gel. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
