Premium Sun-Dried Sea Moss (Eucheuma Cottonii) – Sourced from St. Lucia

Our bulk, sun-dried sea moss is harvested sustainably from the clean, mineral-rich waters of St. Lucia and carefully dried to retain its full nutritional value. Known scientifically as Eucheuma Cottonii, this variety of sea moss is celebrated for its high content of essential minerals—including iodine, calcium, potassium, and magnesium—as well as its traditional use in Caribbean wellness practices.

Sea moss is widely recognized for its potential to support:

Immune system function

Digestive health

Thyroid support (due to its natural iodine content)

Skin and joint health

Energy and recovery

This dried sea moss is incredibly versatile. Once soaked and blended, it forms a gel that can be added to smoothies, soups, teas, sauces, or even used as a plant-based thickener in cooking and baking. You can also use it topically in DIY skincare recipes.

Whether you're seeking a natural supplement or a nutrient-rich ingredient for your wellness routine, this premium sea moss offers a simple, whole-food way to nourish your body.
